Let's goooo, this looks epic! The art and animation look a little bit like Vivziepop's earlier works and, honestly, I find that to be pretty cool. I just think some parts of the Intro are WAY too fast paced, like, I could barely even process what was being shown right after Clint's introduction or right after the scene with the dog.
And, just with the information this Intro and the description of it give, I'll tell ya, "Lu" just sounds like a faster way to say "Lucifer", interesting... I also think it's a fun idea how most of the characters shown here seen to be at least mildly based on a deadly sin.
By the way, one more thing, "The Town Without Laws" is kind of a, well, a long name... I'll think I'll just end up getting used to calling it TTWL or something like that. Anyways, keep it up, you're nailing this!
These are totally fair responses! Thank you for the time and your input! That means a lot. The stuff after Clint’s stuff was mainly references of other horror movies or scenes from other movies, media, sort of adjacent to something like Chainsmoker cats intro synced with the music produced. Some references to what inspired it such as Blood Meridian, Kill Bill, Tombstone, Terrifier, American Werewolf of London, etc. Just for rewatch ability, as you would progress through the show you can find more. The intentional parts were in fact the death games the characters are forced in, feeling somewhat chaotic to how their lives are currently. Fast paced, unpredictable, and uncomfortable.
And that’s also valid I also call it TTWL myself, the name is sort of long as it’s suppose to be like an amusement parks name with word play. “Town Without Laws, or Town With Outlaws” demonstrated on the ending title screen card.
I can't believe I got jumpscared by piano, truly phenomenal.
There are a lot of things to unpack here. The audio feels right in the whole animation, and I really enjoy some of the music that appear here. This artstyle is also amazing! One of the more well-made animations I have seen here recently, If I recall correctly. Even the colors fit greatly in this.
Aaand the crowd is confused, apparently, sure. Good work and good luck!
This looks siiiick! I'm really not a big The Binding Of Isaac guy, but I surely can savor some well-made art of it, I assume? Oh, and I see you seem to be relatively new here, similarly to myself. Welcome to Newgrounds!
Nevertheless, this submission is pretty straightforward and plain when compared to some other ones... Although, hey, it still looks OK, nonetheless! I hope to see you posting more cool art like this in the future.
Hi, I like this, a lot. Robin's dress looks marvelous! And that pumpkin patch is crowded with birds, how curious, hmmm...
Anyway, this is the sweetest halloween submission I have seen all week, I suppose! No blood or violence, just a shy pumpkin head. I'll be sure to try and check out more of your art, drrosebane92.
Thank you so much! Each year I make a new pumpkin gal and I always love sharing them ^^ ill be posting the full group shot of them later this week so do keep an eye out!
First, hello. Second, she looks 150% precious in this one! I adore how her sweater and her hair are drawn here, so sweet. I also noticed how the colors go a little bit beyond the line art at a few points. A creative approach to detail art, indeed.
And, yes, the Christmas spirit simply never goes away with Noelle, whatever month it is, huh? Overall, an impressive artwork you developed here, Tearfulclown.
I started making 2D animations in 2021.
And I developed a tower defense game on Roblox from early 2024 to mid 2026, though now I'm very much completely inactive there...
Also, Krita is the best!
